1 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)Directions:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spray with cooking spray and add in pepitas, turn heat to medium low.
- Roast and give the pan a good shake every 5-6 seconds. The pepitas will begin to crackle. Continue roasting for about 5-6 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the seasonings and adjust to taste.
