As part of a half-lived New Year's resolution for 2012, I set out to plan a tasty and hearty month of meals which I liked to call MoMe. The monthly meal plans, featured 4 weeks and 5 days of vegetarian meals, along with grocery lists, and built in, simple, to-do tasks. Most of the recipes and instructions were for 4, with the idea that items could be reduced, or expanded upon. I tend to cook meals for 4 persons, and those 2 extra servings are often lunch leftovers during the weeks. Most recipes are easily convertible, see the conversion factor below for how to obtain the new yield for ingredients in a recipe.
For more information on these Month of Meals (MoMe) see this post.

To convert recipes use the following conversion factor:
New Yield = Conversion factor
Original yield
Multiply each ingredient in the original recipe by the conversion factor to get the new yield of each ingredient in the recipe.
